I emailed the CAD file to you. The Solidworks assembly file is made up of approximately 80 parts, so hopefully the CAD file will suffice. Also, Adobe Reader has a measurement tool for 3d pdf files that allows you to dimension. Thanks for your interest. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the comment. My son was 38 inches tall duringthis time. By lying down with his legs folded underneath him, my son easily fitinside the costume, which measured approximately 25 inches from the front ofthe cab to the back of the sleeper (only his arms were inside the hood/frontfender sub-assembly). As you said, it may be necessary to increase the length ofthe sleeper to accommodate your son, which may be a fairly simple modification.However, the major concern would be the inner width of the costume. It wasdesigned for my son’s width, which was approximately 10 inches wide(shoulder-to-shoulder) at the time. If a width modification is necessary, itcould affect several parts of the cab and sleeper.
