put the sail nuts on the backside.
Finish trim carpenters have two part aerosol epoxies that set up very quickly so you needn’t hold parts for a long time (or resort to nails). The fast epoxy can also function as a clamp for wood glue.
Why don’t you hang the cord from the ceiling?
I cnc’d a 18‘ sea kayak from pink foam, 3” thick. Cut 146 pieces and glued them together using primer paint, glassed the exterior. Weighs 27 lbs.
Initially leave extra length, don’t cut to final size. The planer always gouges at the beginning of a pass.
Nice paddle. I CNC’d an entire sea kayak, 18’, from foam and glassed it.
Your well being depends on those fork welds. Even if they didn’t fail I can foresee the square tubing walls bending from the stress eventually. I witnessed this on my trailer where I had tubing to extend the height of the sides. Road vibration eventually made the rectangular cross sectional shape become more oval.

I am finding that the hook and loop discs last far longer than the sheets of sand paper, so I use them for hand sanding as well.
first model Leafs are selling for less than $6k. We bought a 2014 model for $15k with only 15,000 miles on it, like new condition. Always wanted to buy an older Leaf and mount a vintage jeep body on it.
that would likely trap many bubbles
I would leave the lights on while poking them in so as to know immediately if a connection broke.
just fold the end of the tape on itself to make a handle. Save envelopes from monthly bills that you pay online and never use the usps mail. They go thru sorting machines much better
why didn't you raise the outermost 2x4 a ½" to make it flush?
carefully with a torch you can polish the bottom edge
