The only thing I'd add to the "Not to do" step (#7) is "No more stirring" after the 1st boil to preserve the froth.Serving Tip: If making coffee for many, start with pouring a little froth in each cup and then fill them all to the top.Mass Quantity TIP: To quickly make several cups, mix all ingredients first in a pot, distribute mix into each cup, and then microwave them together following Laura's sequence. Keep an eye on it constantly so the coffee doesn't boil over. Enjoy!
