    Homemade Pontoon Boat

Check your local laws before you decide to add an electric trolling motor. In some states, even just an electric trolling motor defines it as a real boat and requires the boat to be registered.

    9 Unusual Uses for Aspirin

Another great use of an aspirin tablet is when changing the thermostat in your car. Normally, after you change the thermostat you fill the radiator back up with coolant, start the engine, and then have wait until the engine gets up to temperature enough for the new thermostat to open to allow the coolant to go through the engine, then you have to add more coolant to get it up to the correct level. Instead, before you replace the thermostat, compress the spring and place an aspirin tablet in it, holding it slightly open. Then install it and finish the job as usual. This way, coolant will immediately start going through the engine even before it gets up to temp. Building an Electric, Cigar Box Ukulele

The box size is much less important then making sure your scale length matches the scale length your neck/ frets are made for. A bigger box will resonate more to a point than a smaller one with the longer scale of a tenor. Just make sure you place the bridge so that the distance from the saddle to the twelfth fret is the same distance as from the nut to the twelfth fret. Sopranos, Concerts, and Tenors are traditionally all tuned the same, but using an alternate tuning would be up to your preference.

    How To Get "Free" Eggs

Great Instructable! I've found that the break even point for those "free" eggs, where they start to make you money, is about three years past the average life span of a chicken. Backyard eggs are great, and once you start getting them you won't even care that they only cost you $46 a dozen.

How to do a Western Union Splice

Step #1 needs to be slide the heat shrink tubing down one length of wire before splicing them together. I don't know how many times I've forgotten to do that first.
