This looks awesome I'd love to try it. I don't have a bread mixer or a gas grill though. Can the dough be made without the mixer? Have you ever tried doing this on a charcoal grill? Also I don't recall seeing passata in the grocery stores here in the US, could we just substitute a good quality marinara or pizza sauce?
Fun stuff! What size SD card do you recommend? Kinda glossed over this part...
Very cool! My mom has been using an old popcorn popper to roast coffee beans for years. How much did all of the components cost? Might be more cost effective to just buy a real coffee roaster haha.
Thanks for that information. Good point. It's definitely a worthwhile and fun project. How does the control through Artisan compare to something like this?https://deansbeans.com/our-products/roasters-grinders/freshroast-sr500.html/
Looks good! What temperature do you bake it at?Also I never knew real Teriyaki sauce was supposed to contain Sake. I've made it in the past and I used garlic powder and ginger like you. I also used honey instead of sugar or corn syrup (most store-bought teriyaki will have HFCS) and it tasted great.
This is cool. Nice work.I'd like to make something similar but with the switch on a cord or with a remote so I can place it somewhere inaccessible and still turn it on. Any ideas for how I could use a power button on a cord instead of the panel mount switch? Also like others have mentioned I'd like to reduce the cost of the components. For instance I would be happy with using regular batteries without the Qi charger.

Awesome. Thanks for the detailed response! Come to think of it, face 5 is the first time you have to align one face to two other perpendicular planes. Face 1 is arbitrary, and faces 2-4 can be aligned parallel or perpendicular to that by way of the vise, but face 5 must be perpendicular to all four of the existing faces.
