Hi, all thanks for your interest in my work and well...me I guess! I've always been a maker I suppose...my father taught me a lot as a kid and as an adult I've expanded on those skills. I work in IT, so early projects revolved around computers, but as an adult it's centred more around building and creating stuff.

It's very easy to remove the rear seat and this provides a lot more interior space. That's what I did here. There's just four bolts. The passenger seat is just as easy, but it triggers an airbag error when reinstalled. You have to do some funky ctrl-alt-del reset with the ignition to tell the ecu that you've put the seat back. The platform provides the level bed and then there's storage underneath! If it's just you...have the passenger seat removed with the bed permanently full length would be ideal. I think the width could easily be 28" or so...plenty for camping...and a lot of interior space for storage, cabinetry and a table.
