Do the STL files already account for the shrinkage of ABS or did you select to print them a few percent larger in the slicer?
Hi SteveQuinn,when it comes to shooting yourself in the foot, I think both tools are equally dangerous - you need to ensure that you do not mix if= and of=, that's all :-)For the progress information, it should be sufficient to add status=progress to the dd command line and you should get periodic updates there too.Regards,Reiner
Could you please explain in a few words why you use dcfldd and not just the dd that is already installed on the Raspberry Pi in step 2 and 4? Does it have any special advantages?
