I'm so happy to hear that someone was helped by this :)
How much power can this simple circuit deliver to each port, and is that in any way protecting the devices plugged in? I'd really like to power a handful of raspberry pi devices without so many wall warts :)

Nice work! How's the 43" height working out for you? I have one of those sit/stand powered desks that goes to 44" at work and I'm around your height and I've been thinking about trying to raise it up another couple of inches.
Have you considered building this with clear plexiglass, and then sealing the mechanism inside and behind the plexi? It would have to write everything mirrored so that it would look right from the outside, but it would protect from accidental erasing and help keep the pen fresh longer.... That's just off the top of my head, but if I build one that'll be what I try :)
Nice instructable and nice station! I think you forgot to do the Spanish translation though?
ah, never mind. it looks like Google Translate has gotten sneakier about split language translations so it looked like you just wrote the same thing twice :)
did you ever consider just making the pump as an attachment for the drill?
It would be amusing if it took a photo and then overlaid the visitor's weight along with the time and date :)
