I realize that it has been a while since you posted this and I have a good amount of experience using paracord for making many things. I love this design and am going to make a purse strap for my wife. My problem is I can not figure out how you were able to connect both ends of your swivels with just one piece of cord, I really want to do this and was hoping maybe you would be able to explain this to me in a little more detail. Thanks for this idea you have done a great job and it looks beautiful!!

If you axe head is covered in rust, just soak it in white vinegar overnight and rinse with clean water. If it is in bad shape you may have to do this more than one time. After rinsing use sand paper or steel wool to remove any stubborn rust that remains, then dry completely and apply your preferred rust inhibitor.I have used this on axe, hatchet heads, knives and cast iron pots and pans for over 20 years and it works really well.

Paracord Wrap Bottle
Just soak item in plain white vinegar, rinse with clean water, dry completely and then apply your preferred rust preventative.Depending on how badly it is you may have to use sandpaper and or steel wool to completely remove what little is left.I have used this on many axe, hatchet heads, knives, cast iron pots and pans,it works on anything rusty and iron or steel. It works great and it is cheap.
