It's hard to say without being able to see what's going on. I made a video about common issues with Union. Maybe it will help.https://youtu.be/pe6B04dRmqQ
View Instructable »You cannot union with 2 separate circles. You have to cut the small one out from the large one to make a ring like in Step 3. Here's a video I made that might help.https://youtu.be/pe6B04dRmqQ

It looks like you may have missed Step 3. In your screenshot, I see 3 outline rectangles. There would only be 2 if Step 3 worked properly, one for the mammoth and one for the earring. You have mammoth, inner teardrop, and outer teardrop. That won't work.

It's a great (and free) piece of software. I own the expensive alternative (that will go without a name) and I still use Inkscape every time.

Thanks, I learned how to do that from a YouTube video, probably this one: Or if you have a laser cutter already, I have that design in my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Partyof4Crafts

You're right that the output voltage is still lethal. But the input was lethal if you just touch hot wire and ground. Output is only lethal if you somehow touch both output wires from the transformer. So, it went from lethal if you touch one wire to lethal only if you touch both wires. That's not bad for such a small investment. In the image below, a) is isolated and b) is not.

It wouldn't work. To calculate expansion/compression, you must use the kelvin temperature scale. Room temperature is about 300k and your freezer is about 270k, so the ball would only be 10 percent smaller.
