I would put a nut on each side of your long bolt to lock the angle you set. I would think the set screw would mess up the threads after a short time. The 2 nuts would keep it much more stable.The rest of the design seems perfect! Great work!

Warm up the label with a hair dryer, set in the sun for a bit or fill with hot water from the tap. Be careful not your wet the label. The gummy sticky glue will soften. Lift edge with your fingernail. Peal off very slowly and then San off any sticky residue the spots with the body of the label. Most times cones out perfectly clean. No soaking, chemicals and off in a jiffy!!! Dryer also works for sticky labels products you buy.
