Step 1: Step 1: Browning the Meat

Step of of course is browning your Meat. We can't hav raw meat in th process of making chili. So we have to brown this stuff up. I think it'll taste much better brown than raw!

So, in the process of Browning your meat. You want to do a LOW And SLOW Method. Nothing I hate more is tuff meat when eating soups.

So, Turn on low, Simmer the meat until it's brown all the way around, Probably take 10 to 15 minutes, maybe 20 minutes.

This will make the Meat soft in texture and melt in your mouth.

Step 2: Step 2: Add Tomatos

Next step. We want to flavor the meat. And to do this we aren't going to use water. We are going to use the juice of the canned tomatos.

So once the Venison (or Burger) is browned up. Toss in the 2 cans of Tomatos and thir Juice.

Step 3: Step 3: Seasoning

After you added the tomatos. Add in your 2 packages of Seasoning or even your home made seasoning. I like McCormicks or even home mad Seasoning better then packaged ones. Maybe this will be on of my Instructables next, Who knows!

Aftr adding the Seasoning, Stir up the Venison, Seasoning and Tomatos, Simmer on low for bout 10 minutes. This will infuse the meat with the chili flavoring so you'll get a good seasoning in every bite!

Step 4: Step 4: Adding Beans

Next, Add the means.

2 Cans of Light Kidney Beans

2 Cans of Dark Kidney Beans

2 Cans of Chili Beans

Before adding the beans, they need to be rinsed.

To do this (This is my Method), See in Photo 4, The top of the can was not opened all the way, so you can hinge it. Drain the bean juice out, fill with water, shake it, pour out and repeat a few times. This will rinse the beans right in the can and no extra dish washing!

Step 5: Step 5: Finishing

Simmer on low stiring about every 10 to 15 minuts for about 1 hour. This will ensure that all beans are cooked all the way. Some stores like Save-a-Lot, their beans ar 1/2 cooked in the cans and will need addition cooking time.

Depending on where you get your beans will determine how much longer to cook. If you have brand name beans then probably about 1/2 hr cooking time just to warm up the beans. Off Brands 1 hr to 1.5 hrs of cooking time.

Remember to stir inbetween times because the meat and beans will sink to the bottom of the juice, causing the beans and meat to scorch on the bottom if not careful.
