In this instructables you will learn 3 really weird Paradoxes that will blow your mind!
But before you can understand this instructables you have to know the definition of paradox.

1. a statement or proposition that seems self-contradictory or absurd but in reality expresses a possible truth.

2. a self-contradictory and false proposition.

3. any person, thing, or situation exhibiting an apparently contradictory nature.

4. an opinion or statement contrary to commonly accepted opinion.

Step 1: Numbers

As we all know, there is an infinite amount of numbers, but what we don't know is that there is an infinite amount of numbers between 1 and 2. There is even an infinite amount of numbers between 1 and 1.0000001. Any 2 numbers you think of has an infinite amount of numbers between them.

Step 2: Half Destination

Think about this... If you want to go somewhere you will eventually have to reach a half way point, you will also have to reach a half way point of that half way point, and so on. How is it even possible to reach your destination?

Step 3: Monty Hall Problem

So you are in a tough situation. Behind one of those doors is a boat load of money, and you have to choose which one to go in. The solution is simple, but it might not seem like it.
Okay, so you have chosen a door, the first one furthest to the left. The man running this game opens up the third door, it is empty, and asks if you want to switch doors or stick to the one you picked. What do you want to do?
By switching you actually increase your chances at winning the money. Seems pretty weird huh, but it is 100% true. Let me explain.
When you picked door one you had a 1/3 chance of winning. When the man asked if you wanted to switch you had a 2/3 chance to win.
When he opened up the third door it left you if you wanted to switch you would still have a 2/3 chance of winning. This is because the out of the 2 doors you were going to switch to 1 was open but you still could have, if you really wanted to, switch to that door. So that gave the door that was still closed a better chance of winning. Still don't understand. just look at the pictures above.
