Introduction: 5 Liter Stuff Sack

A light weight stuff sack that is 5 Liters in volume

Supplies

2 - pieces of 23 long 1 inch webbing

35 - inches of 1 inch webbing

2 - 1 inch buckle sets

6.25 inch diameter piece of fabric

10x13.5 piece of fabric

Step 1:

Roll a hem towards the wrong side using 1 inch and sew it down with a basting stitch

Step 2:

Do the same on the other side using .5 inch of fabric with a top stitch

Step 3:

Align the middle of the webbing and fabric piece on the top and feed the female buckle through the sides

Sew the 1 inch webbing along the top wrapping around the fabric

Reinforce the edges

Step 4:

Sew the outer edge and leave the top and bottom open

Sew with 2 passes and close the edges with the knit or zig-zag stitching setting.

Step 5:

Sew the webbing in the middle .25 inches away from the edges in a rectangle pattern with a line through the middle


Step 6:

Feed the straps through and sew the circular piece to the edges of the main body with all wrong sides facing you

Make 2 passes and 1 knit or zig-zag setting pass

Step 7: Completed

Sew the stoppers on the webbing for the buckles and you are finished
