A coworker came in with this one day. It was a gift from their son. It was something that they made. Some wood, some glue, some rubber stoppers and maybe some paint or stickers (depending on how you want to add the words).
Most importantly, the football can be a baseball or anything else to be held as a symbol.
Have fun with it and help the little one show dad they love him...and of course, this can be used for Mom too.
