A Second Life for Old Records

My wife has a lot of vinyl records from old times that she loves.

These records often had very nice covers. To give them a second life I made 2 display racks, very simple and that let the cover take all the importance.

Step 1: The Making

The instructable will not be very long....the racks are quite simple to do.

I cut 2 sheets in an old cabinet back and drilled 2 holes to mount the rack on the wall.

Then I bonded 2 U shape aluminium rails with epoxy adhesive to the sheet.

the records slimply slide from the side to enter in the rack. Once in place, they hide the fixing screws.

It is very easy to change the records and display different covers when you want.
