Glitter Stenciled Backpack

Step 1: Make Your Template

The first thing you need to do is make a template. You can do any shape. But I did a heart because it's easy. All you need to do is draw a shape and cut is out

Step 2: Make Your Border Smaller

Just cut your border to about 2". You find out why you need this step later.

Step 3: Tape Your Template

This is why you had to shrink your template. Tape the outside of your template.

Step 4: Modpodge Time

Apply modpodge to a inside of your template.

Step 5: GLITTER

Now all you need to do is apply your glitter. Then let it dry for about 2 hours.

Step 6: All Done

Now if you want seal the glitter in with more modpogde and I added a chain but that's optional
