Introduction: Bacon Bacon Bacon Bacon Burger
This shows how I made a Bacon Bacon Bacon Bacon Burger. I made a bacon-mayo sauce, had a bacon crusted patty, with bacon crumbles and bacon strips. This was a delicious burger, I would highly recommend trying it.
Step 1: Fry Up Some Bacon
Feel free to add pepper and salt to the bacon while you fry it on the stove.
Step 2: Juice 1 Lemon
I used only 1 tsp for this recipe.
Step 3: Pour Bacon Grease Into a Cup or Bowl
I had about 1/4 cup of bacon grease from frying 5 strips of bacon.
Step 4: Bacon-Mayo
Pour bacon fat, lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard into food processor. Slowly add 1 egg white. After you add a small amount of the egg white pulse the food processor for 10-15 seconds and then add more egg white. Repeat until out of egg white.
Step 5: Cut Up the More Bacon
Step 6: Cover the Hamburger Patty With the Cut Up Bacon
Step 7: Grill Burger
Step 8: Add Bacon, Cheese, and More Bacon Crumbles
I used gorgonzola cheese but use whatever you like.
Step 9: Assemble Your Burger
With the bacon-mayo applied to the bottom bun, add lettuce, put on the bacon crusted patty that has the cheese, bacon crumbles, and strips of bacon. Finally top the burger with the bun.

First off, you are a mans man among boys. Bacon butter on toasted buns would of been a good choice.

Yeah completely agree, I had intended on frying the buns in the bacon grease that was left over but I forgot to do it.
