Introduction: Bacon Wrapped Schnitzel With Mozzarella Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
400g schnitzel
200g cherry tomatoes
100g mozzarella
50g sesame
3 spring onions
salt, pepper, paprika & oregano
Step 1: Preparation
Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the schnitzel and place onion pieces on top. Wrap the schnitzel with the bacon stripes and place them in an oven form. Lay a few onions on top and place cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle sesame and oregano on it. Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
Step 2: Finish
After 30 minutes place mozzarella slices on top. Put the form back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
