Step 2: Start With the Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups of All Purpose Flour, 1 tsp of Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp of Salt, and 1 tbsp of Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Coco Powder. And set aside.

Step 3: Combining the Wet Ingredients

Now, in a larger bowl add, 3 tbsps of room temperature Butter, 1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup of Light Brown Sugar, 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract, 1/2 cup of Whole Milk, and 2 Eggs. [ whisk ]

Step 4: Preheat Your Oven to 450 Degrees

Okay, so for the beautifully created chocolate add, a 1/2 cup of Nutella. [ whisk ]

Step 5: You're Almost There!

Once the wet stuff is all mixed up, start combining them with the dry ingredients. Watch video above for full demonstration. And when its over, mix well.

Step 6: Aww at That Batter Though! <3

The batter should be nice and thick like the photo above.

Step 7: Donut Pan

Now, lightly spray a donut pan with a butter spray. And then add the mix to each hole. If you don't have an icing holder, you may use a spoon! Once you're done, stick them in the oven for about 11-12 minutes. Watch video for full demonstration.

Step 8: Removing Them From the Pan

When they're done, let them sit in the donut pan for about 5 mins or so--before moving. And when the mins are up, remove them to a rack for extra cooling. But when you remove them, make sure to flip them on the opposite side.

Step 9: Making the Glaze

The glaze is really simple, stir together:

  • 1 1/2 cups of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Nutella
  • 1/3 cup of Milk
  • 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract

It's best to use a fork.

Step 10: Final Step

Dip the cooled donuts, one by one, in the glaze. And remember to get crazy and double dip :)!!! xo

Step 11: Conclusion

Once the glaze is all set, we added chocolate and colorful sprinkles. We even left some plain. This part is super fun! Okay guys, thanks again for letting us into your kitchen. We really do appreciate you all!
