Introduction: Banana Bread Muffins Recipe

The ingredients that you will need are 3-4 Bananas mashed, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, ½ cup of vegetable oil, 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp. of baking soda, and ½ tsp. salt. Along with a mixer/ mixing bowl, cupcake pans, cupcake liners, and to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. These turn out a perfect golden brown and taste delicious.

Step 1: Mash the Bananas

The first step is to mash the bananas. For the bananas the blacker the peel is the sweeter and better the muffins will come out. You will unpeel them and put them in a bowl. A mixing bowl will be just fine.

Step 2: Other Ingredients

For this next step, you will take the rest of your ingredients and put them in the bowl. This includes the eggs and vegetable oil. You will put the dry ingredients, sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt, into another bowl. you will mix them together and then you will sift it into the bowl with the bananas, eggs, and vegetable oil.

Step 3: Mixing Together

Once all the dry ingredients are in you will then proceed to mix it. You don't want to mix it to much or to less. A good thing to know when it is ready is to only mix it until all the flour is mixed in. In other words all the white is gone.

Step 4: Muffin Tin

After it is all mixed together, you will put down cupcake liners. You only want to fill them halfway. A good measurement for this is a quarter cup. You just scoop a quarter cup of the mixture into the containers.

Step 5: Baking

Once you have all the batter in, you want to put it in the oven. You will have wanted to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Once the oven is done the muffins will have to cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the muffins are a golden brown at the top.

Step 6: Finished Product

When they are all finished, use oven mits to take them out of the oven. Make sure you let them cool down for a couple minutes before you eat them. Once they have cooled, go ahead and dig into your delicious banana bread muffins.
