One of the BEST ideas for pancakes ever. Today, we're going to show you how to make, Berry Granola Pancakesusing Aunt Jemima pancake mix. Totally warning you now--you'll probably never make normal pancakes ever again after today. Seriously, these pancakes just burst with a combination of so many flavors. I could go on and on about how fantastic these taste! Let's get started . . . xo

Step 1: Center Stage

Full Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup of Granola crushed we used, (Love Crunch's Dark Chocolate Raspberry)
  • 3/4 cups of Whole Milk
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • Handful of Fresh Raspberries (we used a little less, as our batch wasn't that great)
  • 1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp of Strawberry Preserves
  • Some Butter (for the Pan)

Step 2: Video Demonstration

Step 3:

First things first, add a 1/2 cup of Granola, inside of a sandwich bag, and crush them. You don't have to finely crush them but at least try to get them close :) Once you're done, [ set aside ]

Step 4:

Now, in a large enough bowl, add 1 cup of Aunt Jemima's Pancake mix, we used the one that said we could add milk and eggs to. This recipe, may not work well with the one that says to only add water. So read the front of the box to make sure.

Step 5:

Okay, let's add now 3/4 cups of Whole Milk and give it a quick stir.

Step 6:

While you stir, add 1 beaten Egg and continue to mix oh so well.

Step 7:

Grab a handful of chopped Raspberries and add them on in. We used a little less though, our batch was like seriously weird.

Step 8:

Now add 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil.

Step 9:

And of course the crushed Granola. Gee, we're literally doing the happy dance over here. Make sure to mix that on well.

Step 10:

And finally, 1 tablespoon of Strawberry Preserves. Now continue to mix well, and [ set aside. ]

Step 11:

For the pot, set the burner to medium high heat, and throw in 1 tablespoon of Butter.

Step 12:

Go on, if you dare, add two pancakes at a time. Or add more if you have one those cool pancake pans. However, use only 2 tablespoons, of the scoop, per batch.

Step 13: Almost There!

While they're cooking, look out for these baby bubbles on the top or gently check them by lifting them up slightly. Once you're sure, flip to the other side. Now keep in mind, the second side does not take long at all to cook.

Step 14: Conclusion

You should be all done, make sure to re-butter the pan each time you add a new batch. Also, pour over any type of syrup that you normally eat your pancakes with. And ENJOY!
