Introduction: Candy Cane Frappuccino Recipe
The Candy Cane Frappuccino is not an official Starbucks flavor, but it is one you can find on the Starbucks Secret Recipe website. This tasty non-caffeinated beverage is great for the candy cane, or just peppermint, lovers out there. It's also super easy to make.

Step 1: Supplies
This recipe is a single serving and makes about the 16oz Grande size from Starbucks.
Ingredients:
- 2c ice
- 3/4c milk - or Half & Half or whipping cream
- 2 pumps/tbsp Peppermint Syrup
- 3 pumps/tbsp Vanilla Syrup
- 1tbsp Simple syrup
- Pinch of Xantham Gum (optional)
Caffeinated Version:
Replace 1/4 cup of the milk with Strong coffee.
Topping Suggestions:
- Whipped Topping
- Mashed up candy cane or peppermint candies
Utensils:
- Blender - I use a Magic Bullet at home, it's great for making individual drinks
- Ice cube trays - small ice cubes make for even easier blending
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Cups for serving
- Reusable Straws
Step 2: Blend It
Blend it and top it with whatever you want. I mashed up a peppermint candy in a plastic bag and sprinkled that on the whipped topping.
Step 3: Eats It
You know the drill. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.

The candies are called Candy Canes. You can usually find them in grocery stores during December, or you can usually order them online.

They are not cinnamon. Candy canes are peppermint flavored. You can buy them from Amazon.
