It's 4th of July and it means the USA Independence Day. My congratulations guys! :)

Step 1: Foam Polystyrene Pattern

A pattern made of foam polystyrene was ready, so I could start green sand molding.

Step 2: Pouring Aluminum

The casting process was great. Just 30 minutes and the Bald Eagle was ready.

Step 3: The Best Result

In my opinion, it's my best work for now. I spent a long time on cutting a pattern but this time wasn't wasted. Even the smallest elements are visible.
