Introduction: Centerpiece Out of Reused Paper Bags

About: When I was six, my parents bought me a marble contraption set, and I have been building stuff since! I love to tinker, mess with, and just build stuff in my free time!

Have you ever wanted to have a centerpiece that didn't cost you anything, but still looked great in your home? Look no farther than this instructable, where I will tell you how to simply, swiftly, and cheaply make a centerpiece for your own house! So go ahead, and start making your centerpiece today!

Step 1: Gathering Your Materials

You will need;

- 8 to 10 paper bags

- A glue stick

- Scissors

- And clear tape

Step 2: Preparing the Paper Bags

First, stack all of the bags, and cut the bottoms off of them like the first picture. Then, while still stacked, cut holes into the side of the bag. This will determine your pattern. Once you have finished cutting the pattern, fold the bottom up one inch and tape it there on every bag individually, this will make the bags not rip.

Step 3: Glueing the Bags

First, set once single bag face down. Then, smear glue all over it, covering everything. Swiftly lay another bag on top of the glued bag so the pattern lines match up. Once the glue is dry you should be able to unfold the bags and it should look like the third picture, or a slice of the whole thing! Keep on repeating this process until you run out of bags. When extended it should unfold into a semi circle.

Step 4: Finishing Touches

Finally, unfold the paper bags after letting them dry, and you have your amazing centerpiece!!

Happy making!!!!!!
