Introduction: Champignon Turkey Empanadas With Gouda Cheese Recipe



1 portion pizza dough

250g champignons

200ml cream

100g gouda cheese

100g turkey breast

5g chives

5g parsley

1 onion

1 egg

salt, pepper & paprika

Step 1: The Filling

Cut the champignons and the onion in pieces and fry them with a bit oil in a pan. Stir a few minutes and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. Add chives, parsley & cream and mix everything together. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Preparation

Cut out round pieces from the dough. Place turkey breast, the sauce & gouda cheese on it. Now form the dough around the filling. Close the empanadas with a fork and make a few holes on the top.

Step 3: Finish

Brush them with egg yolk and put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now grab one and enjoy. Look at my other work.
