Changing Blade on Cheap Fake Dagger Blade Into Handle

If you need a knife to a movie or a photoshoot or just pranking your friends.

This is how you make a new blade and change it into the cheap knife.

I have to say i'm sorry i could not take pictures when i make the new blade.

Step 1: Step 1 Destroy Your Knife

Put in something where the blade comes out. Then put in something

you can bend with. Don't break the knife you feel when the glue is

releasing from the handles.

Step 2: Step 2. 4 Parts

Now you have 4 parts to work with.

Step 3: Step 3 Make a New Blade

This is the part i couldn't document how to make the blade sorry.

I toke an aluminum part and then i did measure it after the old blade.

Then i had to saw the part. And then file the corners. So i don't

hurt anyone. After that i drilled a little hole. If you don't do that then

the blade will just come out from the handle. Then i took a pop rivets

and put it into the hole. Now the blade is ready for the next step.

Step 4: Step 4 Put the Blade in Place

Now put the blade in the right place with the spring.

Then close the handles. Do not glue the parts here.

I have not glued them together. This is if you have to

adjust or something you cant do that after glueing.

Step 5: Step 5 the Killing

Now you can try so the blade is made in the right size. I had to file it down

a couple of times. When i have my blade just like i want it. Then i can start

to make my scene in my movie. Here if you are happy you can glue them

together if you want to. But in next step you see why not if you only bought

1 knife from the shop.

Step 6: Step 6 the Killing 2

I made 1 more blade that is much shorter. Then i can just change the

camera and see when the last of the blade is sliding into into my victim.

That's why its good to buy 2 knifes. That's if you want this blade to. This

is just an extra blade if you want to take better pictures or film it.

Step 7: Step 7 Lets Get Out There for a Kill

When you add the blood it's going to be a good scene.

So you buy this knife for like 3 to 6 dollars in the shop.

Buy at least 2 of them. If you want to do both blades.

I got my aluminium for free so that didn't cost me anything.

Why i did this, almost everybody have seen the cheap knife

so i wanted to make one that looks more real.
