Chic Belt

Having a chic belt in your wardrobe is a MUST!

Belts are super versatile (you can wear them with dresses, shirts, skirts... almost anything!) and they bring a chic and modern touch while directing the sight to the waist or hip.

In this instructable I am showing how to create a beautiful rhinestone belt that will become one of your favorite accesories!

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

• Black lace (around 140 cm)
• Rhinestone lace (around 80 cm)
• Thread and needle
• Scissors
• Measuring tape

Step 2: Measure Your Waist

Measure your waist (or hip, depending on how long you want the belt) from side to side leaving around 15 centimeters in the center.

Step 3: Cut Rhinestone Lace

Cut lace in the size you measured your waist

Step 4: Sew Lace

The black lace will be the back side of the belt (it will make it look with contrast while giving shape). In order to keep the rhinestone lace and the black lace together, center the rhinestone lace in the black belt and sew it with thread and needle.

Step 5: Burn Ends

The black lace will be the end part of the belt where you will tie it to your waist so burn the ends to give a good finish.

Step 6: Tie and Wear

You are ready! Tie your belt (it can be in the back or in one side of your waist) and enjoy
