Introduction: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi! This is my first Instructables. I have an account at Instructables for a while, but I never posted nothing until now. SO I decided to start posting things and see how it goes! I hope you like my Instrucrtables!

Today I'm going to show you how to make delicious and chocolaty chocolate chip cookie
Crunchy in the outside and chewy in the inside.

It's very easy and it will offer you endless moments of pleasure and hapiness.

I can assure you that you will never want to stop eating this cookies and that they will impress your friends and family and you don't       even have to tell them that it was the easiest thing that you have ever done in your culinary career
      (however I am not responsible for any colateral damage or overeat caused by this recipe.)

Let's start!

Step 1: Ingredients

To start let's gather all the necessary ingredients and materials.

Ingredients:

-150g salted butter, softened
-80g light brown muscovado sugar
-80g granulated sugar
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 large egg
-225g plain flour
-½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
-¼ tsp salt
-200g plain chocolate chips or chunks

Materials
 - Medium mixing bowl
 - Wooden spoon
 - Baking tray
 - Oven (?)
 - Lots of appetite

Step 2: Making the Mixture

Preheat the oven to 190 C (375 Farenheit)
Put the butter in a mixing ball and beat it with the two sugars until cream and smooth.
Add the vanilla and the egg and mix it.
Sift the flour, bi carb and salt into the mixture and mix again.
Add the chocolate and stir until homogeneous.

Step 3: Bake

Using a spoon make mounds of batter  with the size you want ( big , small or giant) and place them in baking trays.

Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes and leave them a couple of minutes in the baking trays to firm up.

Enjoy, but be careful or they will disapear in a second.
