Introduction: Mini Bacon Wrapped Meat Rolls

There was nothing left in the fridge to my lunch, so I had to invent something.

Since there were some leftovers of meat I decided to make this mini rolls.
Then I remembered that there was some bacon. What could I do?
Resist...? I don't think so.

  - "Wrap it up" - I said to myself.

       Let's start!

Step 1: Ingredients

You will need:
   -Ground meat
   -Bacon strips
   -Eggs
   -Salt
   -Pepper
   -Nutmeg

You need toothpicks and if you use leftovers as I did, you also need a food processor.

Step 2: Mix and Blend!

If you buy ground meat, you will probably not need eggs, but if you ground your own meat (in the food processor) you will need eggs.
Add an egg or two until the meet is "solid", by other words until you can mold it (like play-doh..).
Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and other seasoning that you want.

Now you can start the shaping process.

Step 3: Roll and Wrap It Up!

Form little balls and then roll them until they look like chuby sausages.
Wrap  them with a strip of bacon and insert a toothpick, so that the bacon does not escape, because nobody wants that (hmmm bacon!!).

Aren't they gorgeous?!
Yes they are! And  even more tasty.
  (ignore, I'm hungry)

Step 4: Bake Them and Eat!

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC ( 350ºF).
Put the mini rolls in a baking tray covered with aluminium foil and insert them in the oven.

Count some painfull 20-30 minutes and remove them from the oven.

Serve immediatly and eat like it's the end of the world!

This is a very simple recipe that I made up to my lunch and it came out pretty good!

Thank you for watching and have a good meal!
