Introduction: Christmas Fruit Cake

Christmas fruit cake is very tasty, soft,moist and fluffy. This is made especially on Christmas parties and any other occasion.

Step 1: Ingredients

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup oil
2 egg
1/4 cup candied fruit/ tutti frutti
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/ 2 teaspoon baking soda

Step 2: Sift the Flour

Take a large bowl and sift all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 3: Whisk the Butter.

Take another bowl and add butter whisk it.

Step 4: Beat the Egg and Condensed Milk.

Then Add condensed milk,oil,egg one by one beat them till mixture is creamy.

Step 5:

Take a small bowl add tutti frutti and little all-purpose flour and mix it.

Step 6: Fold the Mixture.

Fold the flour mixture with egg and condensed milk ,vanilla essence and tutti frutti mix it well.

Step 8: Greas

Greas a baking mould with butter and dust with flour.

Step 9:

Transfer the mixture in baking mould.

Step 10: Bake Cake

Preheat oven at 180 degrees and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
