Introduction: Cold Chocolate Espresso
A cold jolt of energy on a warm day.
Things you'll need:
1/2 cup cold coffee
1/4 whole milk
1/4 half and half
1 packet gevalia mocha latte froth
Or chocolate syrup to taste.
Step 1: Make Espresso.
I use a Bialetti espresso maker 6 cup.
Pack with cafe la llave espresso.
Refrigerate. I chill mine for a few hours, it does keep in the fridge for a few days.
Step 2: The Glass
Get your favorite glass, stolen Red Robins in this case.
Pour 1/4 cup whole milk
Pour in 1/4 half and half
Mix in mocha packet. I used a aerolatte mixer.
Now mix in about a 1/2 cup of the cold espresso.
