Introduction: Comfort Meatloaf

Cause sometimes comfort food is the best!
500 g (1 pound) of ground beef
2 eggs
chopped parsely
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
black pepper
3 slices of white bread
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar

Step 1: Prepare the Loaf

Soak the bread into water or milk. Once soft, squeeze the liquide out and place in a bowl with the ground beef, parmesan cheese, eggs, 1 tsp salt, lots of black pepper and 2 eggs.
Using your hand mix all the ingredients together and form a loaf of meat.

Cover the meatloaf with slices of bacon. The thinner the best!

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce and Bake It!

Mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and tabasco.
Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the meatloaf
Bake for 45 min at 190 C
Take the meatloaf out of the over and spread on top an other 1/3 of the sauce.
keep baking for other 20 min

Cut into slices and serve with the remaining sauce. Enjoy folks!
