Computer Back Bar Stool Seat Combo

This is an overlay of the finished product. I started with an old rolling computer, the smaller the backrest the better.

Step 1: Backrest Disassembly

Remove the backrest from the rolling chair. Saving all hardware.

Step 2: Hardware Reversal

Take every piece of hardware besides the screw, bolt, and washers and reverse the way they originally came.

Step 3: Hardware Reversal Image #1

Step 4: Mouthing to Frame

One you have constructed the seats hardware to work in reverse, your new barstool seat is ready to be dropped into place. Then set by using the original hardware. As seen in the picture. Enjoy...

Step 5: Finished Product....

Repurpose complete. And it's got more padding and contour than the original seat!
