Introduction: Cookie Monster Fudge

A fudge that would make the Cookie Monster happy! Creamy dark blue vanilla fudge filled with crunchy mini chocolate chip cookies and mini Oreos, topped with more cookies and some sprinkles to add sparkle. A quick easy treat for the whole family to enjoy!

Step 1: Ingredients!

Serving Size: Made one 8x8 Square Pan

2 - 12 Ounce Bags of Dark Blue Vanilla Candy Wafers.

1 - 14 Ounce Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.

1 Cup of Mini Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip Cookies + A few extra to top fudge with.

1 Cup of Mini Oreo Cookies + A few extra to top fudge with.

Blue Sanding Sugar or Sprinkles (Optional) to top fudge with.

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Step 2: Melt the Wafers!

In a sauce pan, combine the vanilla, wafers, and sweetened condensed milk.

Place on medium-high heat and stir continuously.

Step 3: Melt the Wafers!

Keep stirring regularly so that the fudge doesn't burn and stick to the bottom of the pot.

Step 4: Add Mix-Ins!

After the wafers have completely melted and fully combined with the sweetened condensed milk, pull off the stove. Mix in the one cup of mini Oreos and the one cup of mini chocolate chip cookies until fully coated.

Step 5: Pour Out!

Lightly spray and line whatever pan you choose to use with wax paper. Mine was a 8x8 Square pan.

Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan.

Step 6: Top the Fudge!

Grab your sprinkles (optional for sparkle and texture!) and top the fudge with them. Next use the extra mini Oreos and mini chocolate chip cookies to top the fudge with so it looks complete and cute!

After you finish topping the fudge, place in the refrigerator and chill until solid. About 30 minutes to an hour.

Step 7: Cut!

Once the fudge has chilled and solidified to the point where you can cut it. Take it out from the fridge.

Remove it from the pan, peel or cut away the wax liner and cut into desired sizes. Or even have fun with cute shaped cookie cutters.

Step 8: Done!

With that, store cut pieces of fudge in a airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

I hope you have fun with this little Instructable and enjoy this Cookie Monster Fudge.
