Introduction: Corn Dog Bites
Easy, oven baked mini corn dog cookies!
You need:
One egg, 1/2 box corn bread mix, and two hot dogs. Makes 24.
Mix 1/2 box corn bread mix with one egg. I weighed out half the box of corn bread mix, and saved half for later. You want a stiff batter.
Slice the hot dogs into medallions about 1cm thick.

Step 1: Batter the Dogs
Place a little dollop of batter on top of each slice of hot dog.
I used a fork to bring up a small dollop of batter, and used a knife to slide the dollop off of the fork and onto the hot dog slices.
With all the hot dog slices covered, place into preheated oven (375F) for 11 - 13 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard.
