DIY X-acto Knife

Hi I'm Cameron and in this instructable I show you how to make your very own DIY x-acto knife. Enjoy!

Step 1: Remove the Pencil Sharpener Blade

To remove the pencil sharpener blade you must open it up then unscrew the blade, it's pretty easy.

Step 2: Glue on the Blade

To glue on the blade you use hot glue to stick it on there.

Step 3: Run Hot Glue Down the Middle

"Why do I need to do that?" You might ask. Well, you need to do that so that the Popsicle stick goes on evenly.

Step 4: Glue on the Stick

You need to glue on the stick as fast as you can can. Get the sides as well.

Step 5: Sand It!

Sand it! You don't have to, but it does make it look nice.

Step 6: All Done!
