Introduction: EZ Thai Omelette

Greetings from Thailand. Today proudly presented dish is our appetizing omelette, with only little time and effort needed which is suitable for your busy day.

Step 1: Prepare the Following Ingredients

- an egg
- 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 3 drops of lime juice
- oil (to fry your omelette)

Step 2: Crack an Egg Into a Bowl

A bowl large enough to whisk all ingredients.

Step 3: Add 1/4 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce

To make your omelette tasty.

Step 4: Add 3 Drops of Lime Juice

To make your omelette even more fluffy.

Step 5: Beat the Mixture Together

Not too blended.

Step 6: Preheat the Oil in a Pan

Enough amount of oil to cover your omelette.

Step 7: Pour the Mixture Into the Pan

When the oil is hot.
The temperature of the oil can be easily tested by dripping a drop of your omelette, the right temperature is when the drop instantly becomes fluffy.

Step 8: Flip Your Omelette

When the upper side is half-done.
One-time-only to keep your omelette fluffy!

Step 9: Done!

Often served with rice and ketchup or chili sauce in Thailand.
Eat instantly for the best taste.

    DIY Hacks and How Tos

    Interesting. I have never tried putting acid in an omelet. I am going to have to try this.

    It is very common in France to put some drops of wine vinegar on the omelet, it's really famous.
