Introduction: Easy and Healthy Sweet Potato Fries and Avocado Dip

Step 1: Recipe

Here's what you will need:


Sweet potato fries:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper

Avocado dip:

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • Salt & pepper

Additional Notes:

- When you place the fries in the oven, after 15 minutes you want to flip the fries so that each side gets baked equally.

- If you want to taste more of the avocado then reduce the plain yogurt portion.
