Introduction: Eggless Pancakes

Today i will show for you how to make pancakes without eggs. This recipe is ideal for people, who can't eat eggs or people who don't have them in fridge and don't want to go into shop because of quarantine period or something else just for several eggs.


For dough:
  • 1 Banana
  • 120g of whey flour
  • 150g of milk(or water)
  • 1 tsp honey(or sugar)
  • very small pinch of salt(optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil(or other)

For decorating:

  • Liquid honey or maple syrup
  • berries or nuts

Step 1: Prepare Components

First of all prepare components of pancakes. This will make it easier to produce.

Step 2: Crush Banana

Wash it, peel off, put in a bowl, crush it with fork or something else.

Step 3: Mix Honey With Milk

Now mix honey with milk. If honey are hard - heat milk a bit and then mix it together

Step 4: Mix Everything

Into bowl with mashed banana pour wheat flour, a very small pinch of salt and milk with honey. Now mix everything well. the dough is ready!

Step 5: Baking

First of all we need to heat pan with coconut oil(or other). Then pour dough into pan and form pancakes whatever size you want. Bake each side about 2-3 minutes until bubbles will appear at the top of the pancake.

Step 6: Decorating

Serve with liquid honey, maple syrup, berries, nuts or whatever you want. Enjoy your meal!
