By following the next steps, you and your family can create a cool happy hat. Our version ended up to be a mix of rainbow and clouds with colorful details. Our best detail was the electronics added that give life to our hat. We are sure anyone can build this hat with the help of an engineer, artist and 3 minions.

Step 1: Prepare Materials

Get ready and nearby all your elements for your hat.

Step 2: Prepare Your Painting

Get your painting ready. You need to define colors to use. We decided to use light blue and white for our hat.

Step 3: Start Painting

Get your minions and Artist to paint your hat.

Step 4: Cut Your Hat Base

With the help of an adult, cut the base for your hat. You can use more carton or any other material that is hard and resistant.

Step 5: Round Up Your Hat

Give your hat the shape and endings you want. We decided to round up like a cloud.

Step 6: Build Your Hat

First, glue your hat together.

Then, join your hat pieces all together forming the shape you want.

Next, finish painting all your added parts to create a unique object.

Finally, set details to pimp your hat.

We decided to keep a vertical hat center with a round base and paste cotton balls to make it look like clouds.

Step 7: Create Color Silhouettes

Trace the silhouettes of your Engineer, Artist and Minions arms and hands.

Cut them by the line and paste them all together in a same vertical cone structure.

Step 8: Adding Cool Electronics

Use your Circuit Playground to add color to your hat. We decided to create different animations for different occasions.

Step 9: More Detailing...

Add whatever more details you decide your hat should have. We decided to add some color straws to give color to our clouds. Be creative and build a colorful crazy hat.
