steps to making a sign

Step 1: Step 1: Finding an Idea.

I came up with the idea to make a sign for my grandpas excavation business. i made the templet for the x_carve and then i needed to get a piece of wood.

Step 2: Finding Wood

I want to find a 12x8x2 board to carve out the logo .

Step 3: Plain and Sand

Then after i cut a decent board i want to plane it and sand it flat to carve the sign on it.

Step 4: Sanding and Staining

I want to glass coat it so it will have a nice finish it.

Step 5:

Then after the glass coating it will be done and ready to grade.
