Fallout Pip-boy

I had originally planned to make a fully functional pip-boy from fallout 4. I'm combining a bunch of methods and putting a Raspberry Pi (RPi) as the heart. Hopefully I'll make an instructable when I'm done. For now, I'm looking to shrink the RPi circuit (wiring, battery(s), etc.) Suggestions welcomed!
