Introduction: Fried Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe



500g chicken breast

3 onions

200g carrots

200g peas

200g broccoli

200g cauliflower

200g brussels sprouts

salt, pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Sprinkle salt & pepper to the chicken and fry it in a large hot pot. Pell the onions and cut them in half moons. Remove the chicken out of the pot when it looks good and put the onions in the pot. Cut the chicken breast in pieces. Fry the onions golden and add salt & pepper. Add the vegetables and stir about 10 minutes. Fill up with water cover the pot and let it cook for an hour. Now add the soup noodles and stir.

Step 2: Finish

Add the chicken. Stir it and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Now it is ready to serv.
