Introduction: German Sausage, Peas, Leek, Carrot & Princess Beans Soup Recipe



250g peas

250g leek

250g carrots

250g princess beans

200g soup noodles

4 onions

bratwurst & mettwurst

salt & pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the onions in half moons and the mettwurst in pieces. Fry them in a large hot pot till the onions are golden.Scatter salt & pepper to it. Add peas, leek, carrots, princess beans and scatter again a bit salt & pepper to it. Stir it a few minutes. Give the bratwurst in the pot and pour water up to the sausage.

Step 2: Finish

Let it cook 15 minutes with the lid. Add soup noodles and let it cook 5 minutes and the soup is ready to serv.
