Neon oil pastel in different colors

6” x 6” sized white paper

Step 1: Step 1: Paint 6” X 6” White Paper With Neon Paint, and Let It Dry.

Step 2: Step 2:Cut Cardboard Box to the Sizes, Shapes You Wanted It. We Cut Some Circles, Colored With Neon Pastel, Painted With Neon Paint.

Step 3: Step 3: Use Neon Oil Pastels to Draw Pictures on Black Construction Papers.

Step 4: Step 4: Fold 6” X 6” Painted Paper to Origami Crane.

Step 5: Step 5: Use Neon Tapes Rape Around the Recycled Cardboard Tubes.

Step 6: Step 6: Hang Up the Origami Cranes.

Step 7: Step 7: Hang Up the Painted Cardboard Circles.

Step 8: Step 8: Hang Up the Black Construction Paper With Neon Drawings.

Step 9: Step 9: Tune Off the Lights and Turn on the Blacklight.
