Introduction: Gluten Free and Dairy Free Bean Dip

In this instructable I'm going to teach you how to make a delicious gluten and dairy free bean dip with items you already have in your kitchen.

This is one of my favorite bean dips and only takes three ingredients!

Supplies

Ingredients

1 can great northern beans

1 tsp garlic and onion powder mix or 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

4 tbsp water (if you add salt)


Tools

Potato masher or blender

Spoon

Medium sized bowl

Step 1: Prepare the Beans

Drain the beans and put them in the medium sized bowl. Then with a potato masher or blender, blend or mash until like the second picture.

Step 2: Add the Ingredients

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the bowl and stir. Then add the 4 tbsp of water stirring in 1 tbsp at a time.

Step 3:

Eat with tortilla chips and enjoy! You can keep it in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
