Introduction: Ground Beef Pies With Spinach & Mozzarella Recipe
Ingredients:
1 portion puff pastry
500g minced beef
200g spinach
100g mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
salt & pepper
muffin oven shape
Step 1: Preparation
Fry the beef in a hot pan and scatter salt & pepper to it. When it looks good add the spinach and stir a few minutes. Give basil & oregano to it and mix it. Roll out the puff pastry and cut round pieces. Place them in a muffin shape and fill them with beef-spinach mix. Sprinklemozzarella cheese on top.
Step 2: Finish
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes and enjoy.
