Introduction: Halloween Meat & Cheese Rats Recipe



500g minced meat

300g chopped tomatoes

200g feta cheese

150g breadcrumbs

300ml cream

1 egg

salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika


Step 1: Preparation

Give the breadcrumbs and the egg to the meat. Scatter salt, pepper, chili flakes & paprika to the meat and stir it together. Form 6 meatball out of the mix. Mold them conically and lay a bit feta cheese on it and form the meat around the cheese. Cross two noodle pieces in the front and stick a piece in the back. Lay the meat rats on an oven plate. Scatter salt, pepper, chili flakes & paprika to the cream add the chopped tomatoes and stir it together.

Step 2: Finish

Pour the cream over the rats. Cover the plate with aluminium foil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. For about 45 minutes. Paint eyes and nose with ketchup & salad cream. Cut ears out of radish and enjoy.
