This is great if you have these tow supplies and you want to decorate a card but you don't want to spend so much money this is great for any occasion

Step 1: Get Your Supplies

You will need yarn and scissors
You'll need and short piece of yarn and and very long piece
The length of your long piece of yarn determines the size of your Pom Pom

Step 2: Start Forming Your Pom Pom

Take your long piece of yarn and wrap it around your 4 fingers
This is the beginning of your Pom Pom

Step 3: Finishing It Off

Take the wrapped yarn around your hand off and pinch the middle

With the short piece wrap it around the middle a make a really tight knot, trim off any excess yarn on the knot

Now all you have to do is cut the poffed sides with the scissors and then your down
